TURNAROUND FOR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS IS 2-3 WEEKS UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE FOR AN ITEM

What does “Made to Order” mean?

'Made to Order' refers to an order created to your specifications. We make your item from scratch to reassure that no one has worn this item and that it is unique to you. With each model piece you select your options and those . If there is any option that you don't see, please contact our customer service to make sure those options are available. Please keep in mind that making a piece from scratch takes time, so your piece might take 2-3 weeks before it ships. (Please always look at the current turnaround time on the top of the page)

 

Ordering:

All orders can be placed directly through this website. To make an order you can add the item onto your cart. Afterwards please follow the following steps:

 

  1. All pieces are made to order upon receipt of payment.

  2. The time to make the item will range from 5-6 weeks and will vary on the piece.

  3. The current lead time is always posted in this page unless it is noted otherwise in the listing.

  4. If you are in a hurry for the piece either contact us via email or browse our ready to ship (ready to be resized items. For a listing of these items please click here.

Rush Orders:

If you need a item to be rushed ordered please make sure to contact us via email with your specific request and what date you need the item by before you placed the order. A rush order can sometimes be accommodated but it is not guaranteed. If it is possible to accommodate please note that a rush fee may be applicable to the purchase.  This rush fee will cover shipping fees from vendors, overtime labor, etc. Fees will depend on the piece and the turnaround that is requested. When placing the rush orders please try to be as specific as possible so we can make sure to meet the exact deadline that is being inquired. Please note that the necessary information consists of:

               

  1. Item Number

  2. Order Number (If purchase was completed)

  3. Metal color (If color is not presented on website)

  4. Date Needed

Payment:

We accept major credit cards or debit card, and PayPal on our site. Please follow the steps at checkout to complete your order. Our site has a secure checkout so your information stay safe. Buyer must agree to pay immediately upon purchasing the item. If the item is not paid for the order will be cancelled. Orders will not be shipped or begin being developed until the full balance is paid for.
