Q: Do you take Rush Orders?

A:  Rush orders can be accommodated under certain circumstances. Please make sure to contact our customer service department before purchasing. It is important to be as specific as possible with your request. It is also important to list the link, product, size needed, metal color and exactly what date is needed. Please note that rush fees might be applicable.

 

Q: What does “Made to Order” mean?

A: We do not carry all sizes in different metal colors. We make your item from scratch to reassure that no one has worn this item and that it is unique to you.  This is referred to as a “made to order “piece since the piece is made to your specifications. Please keep in mind that making a piece from scratch takes time, so your piece might take 2-3 weeks before it ships. (Please always look at the current turnaround time on the top of the page)

 

Q. Do you take Custom Orders?

A: The item can be requested in a different metal color or metal type, please note that all custom orders are final sale. If you would like a different gemstone please contact us via email to see if it is available and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: How to figure out my Finger Size?

A: Please go to your trusted local jewelry store. In the store ask for your size on the finger that you want to wear your piece. It is free of charge to check your size.  All jewelry stores across the country would be more than happy to assist you with figuring out your size. Please note that it is best to go when your body temperature is not high. Our fingers tend to swell up when it is hot outside.

It is very important that you figure out your finger size. It is very difficult to go up more than two sizes on a ring or go down more than two sizes. For this reason it might be possible that it could damage the entire ring and a new one will have to be made. It is your responsibility to determine what is your size . If you are concerned about what size to order for a particular style because it look too thick or too thin please contact us before placing the order.
